As I sit drinking my coffee reflecting on today's bootcamp, I'm struggling to find the humor in it. I made some great progress like after our 2 minute timed sit-ups I could actually give a number for REAL sit-ups unlike my first day. With each round of our circuit today I pushed myself harder and harder particularly with the counted-weighted lunges. We did everyone's favorite froggies. Alternating lunges, squatted medicine ball passes, hopscotch jumps and some banded arm exercises. The only new strange exercise for me today was banded side squats which I can only equate to walking around with your pants around your ankles. Now that's an awkward feeling.
